Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are brought to life by the people in your organization. With our holistic learning concept, we take your entire organization with us on the DEI journey. From your top management through the various management levels to your employees, we want to win over all levels for DEI through engaging, interactive and hands-on training. Analysis and Assessment
The substantial analysis of the status quo of an organization is the basis of holistic diversity management. It is important to look both inwards and outwards: We determine the maturity of your organization by taking stock of existing initiatives, measuring your organizational culture and examining your external appearance. Through smart benchmarking, we identify unused potential and unique selling points. Our ESG and CSRD Check takes the requirements of rating agencies at the interface of diversity and sustainability into account, which is becoming an increasingly important topic. At the same time, we support you in meeting the requirements of social sustainability reporting set by the European Union and in improving your achievements in social sustainability.
Strategy & Planning
There is no template or blueprint for DEI - each organization follows its own path. We accompany you by jointly defining your vision and goals for DEI as well as deriving sensible measures tailored to your organization, whose impact we ultimately measure. Together we ensure that DEI can be seamlessly integrated into your organization's overall strategy or linked to other strategic priorities.
Implementation
The implementation of successful diversity management can initially seem like a mammoth task. With our help, it will quickly feel feasible to you. We examine your HR processes and are available as sparring partners, advise you on the diversification of your supply chain and work with you to develop campaigns and initiatives for the integration of specific target groups. This is how your diversity management will be a success.
For our consultations on DEI we use, depending on the organization, instruments like the GDIB – Global Diversity Inclusion Benchmarks, the ÖNORM S2501 or the ISO 30415 Diversity & Inclusion that was published in Summer 2021. In the ISO’s creation, factor-D was a member of the international expert committee.
