Greiner is a leading global supplier of plastic and foam solutions. More than 11,000 employees in 32 countries produce and market innovative solutions, including for the packaging, furniture, sports and automotive industries as well as for medical technology and the pharmaceutical sector.
For the concentration of various measures relating to diversity, equity and inclusion, Greiner wanted to develop and implement a strategic, cross-divisional and global DEI concept.
We advised the global DEI working group in the design of a DEI framework, such as a vision, mission, and guiding principles. In addition, we determined fields of action and initial action steps. With expert impulses on international trends, such as ESG and legislation, and on the implementation and measurement of DEI, the next steps for a holistic implementation were initiated.
