Challenge

The Bank for Tyrol and Vorarlberg (BTV) is an Austrian universal bank based in Innsbruck. It is active in four countries.

As part of the strategic implementation of diversity management, BTV wanted to sensitize its managers and employees to the topics of diversity, unconscious biases and inclusive culture.

We designed and implemented a modular learning concept based on various learning formats: e-learning nuggets on DEI, online workshops on inclusive leadership and keynote speeches on unconscious biases and everyday racism.

Impact – The Client’s Voice

Impact – The Client’s Voice

Diversity is an essential element of BTV's corporate strategy. Since June 2022 we have been offering a unique digital training program for managers and employees in cooperation with factor-D. Through the professional advice and support of factor-D, we can sensitize both leaders and employees to the topic of "unconscious bias."

factor-D's innovative learning opportunities enable our employees to work on themselves remotely, independent of a specific location and autonomously on a variety of topics.

In addition to the trainings, factor-D supported us in analyzing the internal processes/decision-making processes. The main goal is to improve objectivity and equal opportunities with the processes that are put into practice.

The broad spectrum of expertise with which factor-D enriched BTV also included a keynote lecture on the topic of everyday racism.
