Swisscom AG is the largest telecommunications company and one of the largest IT companies in Switzerland.
In diversity management, the company follows the principle of designing the relevant HR and management processes in such a way that they counteract unconscious stereotyping and enable equal opportunities. In order to sensitize employees and managers to the effects of unconscious prejudices, the goal was to offer eLearning, among other things.
We customized our Unconscious Bias Awareness eLearning to Swisscom's needs. In these courses, participants can reflect on their own blind spots and learn strategies for sensitively dealing with unconscious biases. The eLearning was created in two versions, for employees and leaders, and translated into three other languages (English, French and Italian).
The eLearning was met with great interest at Swisscom and was carried out very frequently. The cooperation with factor-D Diversity Consulting was always constructive, competent, reliable and absolutely professional. The flexibility in designing the eLearning specifically to Swisscom's needs was particularly effective.
Since the implementation of this project, we have been able to recommend factor-D Diversity Consulting several times.
