As Austria's leading logistics and postal service provider, Österreichische Post AG is committed to diversity and inclusion.

Various measures are used to promote understanding and acceptance of diversity and equal opportunities for everyone, as well as an inclusive work culture.

In order to strengthen an inclusive understanding of leadership and integrative behavior, Österreichische Post AG wanted to offer an additional training program for leaders.

We conducted a workshop series on the topic "Unconscious Bias - Make Better Decisions." The goal was to sensitize the participants to unconscious prejudices, on the one hand, and to reflect on their role as managers as multipliers of integrative behavior and the promotion of diversity, on the other.

Österreichische Post AG has been working on implementing a forward-looking corporate culture since 2021. The cultural values include joy, purpose, and achievement. The characteristics of diversity and openness are found particularly in the cultural value of joy.

The “Unconscious Bias-Make Better Decisions” workshop contributed to this openness to diversity and made leaders aware of the prejudices we encounter. Österreichische Post AG is proud to be COLORFUL and has anchored this in a cultural value.
