Challenge
The University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) Vienna is dedicated to the topic of sustainability and the management of natural resources in teaching and research.
With the implementation of the diversity strategy, BOKU is committed to a culture of diversity and an attitude of appreciation towards all people studying and working at BOKU.
Project
To sensitize managers and employees to the effects of unconscious biases, we have been facilitating a training program entitled “Make Better Decisions” and “Strengthening Team Skills” since 2017.
Impact – The Client’s Voice
Through regular training from factor-D, we were able to establish the topic in-house in the long term. We were able to create the basis for a common awareness of how unconscious biases influence individual perception and subsequently professional behavior.
