An Austrian public authority wanted to strategically concern itself with DEI and work on the topic as part of larger organizational development processes. factor-D was contacted to set up and accompany the project holistically.
factor-D carried out a comprehensive internal analysis for the customer. We conducted interviews with selected employees to get a first impression of the DEI maturity level in the organization. Through an employee survey, we were able to carry out a substantial assessment of the organizational culture and identify potential for improvement. We also analyzed the organization's public image from a diversity perspective. These aspects were embedded in a survey of already existing DEI-related measures.
The assessment and internal analysis provided the basis for integrating the project into the overarching organizational development process.
